Do you know where I can find someone who might want to buy what I have? Also want to now where I could purchase a couple more to complete my collection and then sell it.
George was my friend for many decades. We never met. I was looking for a book of poetry to give as Christmas presents and his "Whispers in the Wind" was sticking out about to hit me on the head in the bookstore and I reached up to tap it back in and noticed the title so I ended up buying it. Loved it so much I wrote the publisher a letter to give to George. He did and he wrote me back. That was that. Wonderful man. Very deep, old soul and a true mountain man. I miss him. We'd talk on the phone for hours, too. He did a self portrait. I have a picture of it. I have the one of the bear and did have the collection you see here, too but a boyfriend I had got mad and tore them all up one night. I was horrified. I have a picture of a little fawn he did and it's beautiful. His life was very, very interesting. A man's man. But he was my faithful guide and companion through some hard years of my life. He had a good sense of humor as well. The stuff I have of him, I'd never sell. Too precious to me.
